Job Description Job Title: E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE
Job Location: Corporate Office ( Phnom Penh, Cambodia )
CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Male or Female
  • At least 3 years experience in a 4 or 5 star international hotel
  • Knowledge of web design
  • Good English skills, other languages will be bonus
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Self motivated
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines
  • Fast learner
  • Computer proficiency MS office and Email
  • Creative idea to develop functional
  • Willingness to assist team during busy time
  • Eager to learn something new
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Update the online catalogue, homepage and calendar.
  • Maintain and develop the web promotional plan
  • Web analytics: complete weekly website reviews and provide feedback to the Sales Manager
  • Manage the website requests and requirement of all other departments within the business
  • Manage the Web Designer effectively to achieve your objective
  • Plan and coordinate all necessary email to web promotions with the creative, world hotels team
  • Control website content, ensuring new products are launched on schedule
  • Ensuring that website content is always fresh and relevant, both in term of new and existing customers
